Drag Show & Dance
St. Cloud Pride is happy to have St. Cloud OUT again planning and sponsoring the Second Pridefest Drag Show and Dance from 7:30 until 2 a.m. on Saturday September 24th, 2011 at the Red Carpet Night Club. This year St. Cloud Pridefest has taken over the Red Carpet and renamed it the Rainbow Carpet for the weekend. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with the Drag Show starting at 7:30 p.m. The Pridefest Dance, with DJ Tony D, will begin after the Drag Show at approximately 11 p.m. With the huge success last year, we had to move from the Red Carpet Event Room to the Main Stage for both the Drag Show and Dance, DJ Mel will be having karaoke in the Red Carpet Event Room from 9 p.m. until 2 a.m. Tickets for the weekends events have gone on sale, including the tickets for the Drag Show and Dance. Tickets are $10 in advance, (purchase online, at Blooming Creations in Waite Park, or at the St. Cloud OUT booth at "Pride in the Park") and $12 at the door. Monica West
Monica has been performing for over 20 years and won titles in Nebraska, Minnesota, and Wisconsin , a former hostess of the La Femme show lounge at the Gay 90s in Minneapolis , Monica now resides back in Omaha Nebraska has completing her cosmetology degree. Monica is very excited to be coming back to St. Cloud Pride's second celebration and wants to wish every one a safe and happy weekend !!
Champagne Showers
My name is Clay Schauer aka Champagne Showers. I'm from Jamestown North Dakota and I've lived in Des Moines Iowa since 1997. I'm a college graduate of Jamestown College N.D. with a BA in Fine Arts and AS in Business Administration. I have been performing as Champagne since 1999 and have been awarded 9 time Winner of Best Drag Queen of Des Moines by a local publication called Cityview.
Mercedes Iman
Mercedes, also known as the African Princess Mercedes Iman, has been performing around the region for many years. Mercedes is the current Miss Toast of the Townhouse and also the current Miss Gay Mississippi Valley WI USOFA. Mercedes is excided to be joining the 2011 Pridefest Drag Show.
Blanche Cassadine
Blanche has been a professional Female Impersonator for over 23 years. It all started in about 1988 at a club in Des Moines, IA, called The Brass Garden. It was there where she first witnessed her first Drag Show
Juliet Devine
Juliet is a St. Cloud local that is well known in town and around Halloween for her impersonations of Cher, Dolly & being a Las Vegas Showgirl. Juliet competed in a few preliminary pageants at the Gay
