Thank you for your interest in becoming an vendor for our 2012 Pride in the Park at Lake George/Eastman Park in St. Cloud. Below you will find links to either our online registration or our paper registration forms. Food vendors selling items are required to have a Minnesota Sales Tax ID and you must submit Minnesota Department of Revenue Form ST-19.
If you are submitting your registration via our Paper Registration option, please download the Festival Exhibitor/Vendor Guidelines, Festival Exhibitor/Vendor Agreement, Festival Food Vendor Application and Minnesota Dept of Revenue Form ST-19 if applicable. The Festival Exhibitor/Vendor Agreement and Form ST-19(if applicable) must be returned with your application form toSt. Cloud Pride.
Food Vendors are also required to contact the City of St. Cloud's Health Department and obtain an Itinerant Food Service Stand Information Sheet and submit a copy to St. Cloud Pride and the City of St. Cloud Health Dept.
